Patient Services Representative (Full Time and Part Time)
This is a critical position requiring excellent patient interaction skills. Individual is expected to enhance patient satisfaction with WellDyneRx by engaging with patients using a variety of contact channels (phone, email, text, mobile, web and voice messages). Problem solving skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people are essential. This position is the focal point for all patient inquiries regarding their pharmaceutical benefit coverage, whether at the retail or mail order level.
