Jeff Park

Chairman & CEO

Jeff has more than 20 years’ experience across the healthcare and pharmacy benefit management industries. Jeff was the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Catamaran, now known as OptumRx. He helped build and grow Catamaran from $55 million in revenues to a Fortune 500 public company with over $21 billion in revenues before it was acquired by United Health Group in 2015. In addition, Jeff has an extensive financial background with leadership positions at Covington Capital and Deloitte Canada. Jeff served on the Board of Directors at Diplomat and served as interim CEO before joining WellDyneRx as the Chairman and CEO in April 2019.

Jeff has been recognized by Institutional Investor as the top CFO in his industry. Jeff completed his Bachelor of Accounting at Brock University.

Zach Johnson

President

Zach joined WellDyneRx in 2012 and became our President in 2014. He has more than 10 years of leadership experience across the Healthcare and PBM industries. Previously, he held multiple roles with Medco Health Solutions, focusing on pricing, underwriting, strategy, and financial account management for its Health Plans Division.

Zach received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Messiah College and an M.B.A. from Nyack College.

Stephen Saft

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer

Steve has more than 15 years of experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare Services and Payor IT Services, with broad general management, strategic planning, operations, and financial management expertise. Steve is responsible for accounting and finance and our shared service areas including revenue cycle, legal, human resources, and procurement.

Prior to joining WellDyneRx, Steve has served as CFO for HealthPlan Holdings, CCS Medical, and Priority Healthcare Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company that distributed and managed biopharmaceutical therapies.

Steve completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting at the University of Florida, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark SantaCroce

Chief Commercial Officer

Mark has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry for companies like Healthnow Administrative Services, Catamaran, Cigna and RxAmerica. Along with his consistent delivery of record revenue growth and profitability in highly competitive markets, Mark also brings us his successful health plan, Third Party Administrator and PBM leadership experience with full P & L responsibility.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He’s served as the Chairman of the Board for the North Carolina Association of Health Plans and was appointed by the North Carolina Speaker of the House to the North Carolina Health Insurance Innovations Commission.

Terri Gonzalez

Chief Human Resource Officer

Terri joined WellDyneRx in March of 2018 with over 20 years of experience in human resources management in a variety of industries including healthcare and PBM including HealthPlan Services and Medco.

Terri is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of WellDyneRx’s overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of compensation, rewards, talent acquisition, talent management, change management, succession planning and organizational development.

Terri graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Social & Behavioral Science and obtained her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Tampa College. Terri holds both her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.

Markus Waite

Chief Information Officer

Markus has more than 25 years of experience leveraging technology and innovation to create a competitive advantage in Pharmacy and Healthcare Services.

Markus began his career at Electronic Data Systems working in their State Operations Division. He later began consulting with Microsoft Consulting Services and started his own consulting company serving Fortune 1000 companies across the United States. This led him to co-found a software company focused on employee benefit software for insurance brokers. He then served as CIO for a fast-growing PBM and last for a Fortune 1000 Institutional Pharmacy company.

Markus completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at the University of Georgia and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.

Nick Page

Chief Pharmacy Officer

Nick has been at WellDyneRx since 2012. Nick joined WellDyneRx initially serving as the VP of Clinical Services for two years before moving to the role of VP Specialty Pharmacy in 2014. Prior to his role at WellDyneRx, he has held executive level positions at MedImpact, PMSI (an Amerisource Bergen company), PBM Plus (an Omnicare company) and OhioHealth. Dr. Page has extensive background in both pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy management with a proven track record of strategic planning, business unit development, innovative program and product development.

Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and his PharmD from The Ohio State University. He also completed a post-doctoral ambulatory care residency from The Ohio State University.

Mike Szwajkos

Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

Mike joined WellDyneRx in 2018. With more than 20 years of pharmacy experience, Mike began his career in the biotech industry representing pharmaceutical manufacturers. Eventually he switched sides of the table and negotiated on behalf of the payers leading to an executive leadership role running one of the top specialty pharmacies in the United States.

At WellDyneRx, Mike is responsible for the strategy and execution of all areas of our supply chain including retail network, rebate contracting and mail and specialty purchasing. Mike’s role is a key in of our ability to lower costs for our customers. Mike completed his Bachelor of Science at Ohio Wesleyan University and his M.B.A. from LeMoyne College.
